Full Fibre (FTTP)
End-to-end fibre into your premises for the highest speeds and lowest latency. Available tiers: 160/30, 550/75, 1000/115 Mbps. Prioritised throughput is guaranteed at busy times, with a minimum speed given at point of sale.
Best for: Growing teams, cloud apps, VoIP, CCTV backhaul, multi-site SD-WAN.
How it lands: Service terminates on an ONT (wall-mounted, powered) presenting RJ45 into your router or firewall.
Single-order broadband
A data-only service over the fibre cabinet with copper final drop. No phone line, just internet, and not affected by the WLR switch-off. Up to 80/20 Mbps with premium network prioritisation over residential traffic.
Best for: Smaller sites, backup circuits, kiosks, pop-ups, or where FTTP isn’t yet available.
How it lands: Terminates on an RJ11 socket to a managed CPE that presents RJ45 to your kit.

How we deliver
Survey and availability check
We confirm FTTP or SoGEA availability and provide your estimated and minimum guaranteed speeds before you commit.Design and schedule
We agree the router or wires-only approach, IP plan, and install date. If FTTP is new to site, we’ll plan the ONT location with you.Install and optimise
Openreach performs the Premium Managed Install. We connect your devices or firewall and tune WiFi if in scope.Go-live and support
Faults are triaged against your chosen SLA. We integrate with your wider stack as needed, including SD-WAN, VPNs, CCTV and secure WiFi.
Professional installation
Premium Managed Install by Openreach engineers, including up to 30 m of internal cabling from the entry point, placement near a power socket, device connection and on-site WiFi analysis to optimise coverage.
For complex spaces, engineers can utilise existing tray, trunking and accessible voids.
Applies to SoGEA (router install and demo) and FTTP (ONT install and demo).
If FTTP is already present, activation can often be completed quickly once the ONT is identified and validated. If not, the engineer will agree the ONT location with you on the day.
